I use this website to see what time it is all over the world, its easy, and fast. I suggest everyone check it out.

My usual available times are 9 am till 4 pm weekdays, and most nights from 10 pm till 2 am. Mountain Time. Thats the same as -7.00 on the map. I am in Alberta Canada, if that helps.

Don't panic if I am not always where I say I will be. I have a life. wink wink.

But, thats a good guideline for times to call me.
